*sigh* The kitchen is nearly fully functional. So bloody close...

pascual_del_mar has done a good job overall. My new range, the over-the-range microwave, the lights, it all works. And so I had a plumber come out and get the sink right. And they were here this morning - and of course, there is STILL a problem - stupid cheap Ikea faucet leaks. :-(

I am still putting everything back together - but now my run to Home Depot today will include acquiring a better faucet. At least by the end of the day, my house will look less like some sort of war zone, and more like a home.

EDIT: After running to the Home Depot, and acquiring a new and better brand-name faucet, I took it upon myself to screw up the install. To my own surprise and pleasure - I have a fully functional kitchen at last!
