As 2010 draws to a close, the evidence of its craptacularity for so many of us leads me to request that, please, please, can we have a good year in 2011? 

Let's wrap up this spectacle of craptastic happenings and have a TRULY great new year!

I had a lot of bad stuff happen this year.

But I look around: and I realize that I still have so much to treasure, and so much to be grateful for.

I've got all the things I really need: food, a home, friends, love, a family, the ability to laugh and have fun. What I need is the ability to appreciate the HAVE more, and the wisdom to resent the NOT HAVE less.

I am not lacking in gratitude for what I have - this is not about have and not have - this is about better and happier times for EVERYONE. Less pain, less suffering, less negative things - more gratitude, more joy, more abundance, more positives!
