Hey folks.

So I am sitting in a nice coffee shop in Sedona as I tap this out on my I-Book keyboard. I have no internet access at my hotel, so I am taking time to read through the ton of e mail I got (though I was smart and made the most active lists I am on Digest for the week) and catching up in general.

Today was exceptional. Started with a great breakfast at a cool restaurant that offers 101 different omelets. Then the hiking began.

I hiked up Cathedral Rock first. NOT an easy trek, but a breathtaking view and totally worth it. Then I went and checked out some petroglyphs just outside of town. 1000 year old carvings of various images, just amazing. THEN, as if I didn't do enough, I hiked AROUND Courthouse Butte - somewhere between 2 and 4 miles. My ankles are sore, I am tired...but it was well worth it!

The country up here is amazing. Some of the most beautiful landscape I've ever seen. Probably why I keep coming to visit.

Tomorrow evening I fly home. Probably going down to Scottsdale in the earlier part of the day, then catch my flight. Overall, this has been an excellent, MUCH needed vacation!

Estrella details when I get back to NJ.
