I have managed to assemble my first PC!  IT WORKS!  Muhahahahah!

Many many thank yous to baronan - I could not have done this without his directing me to where to buy the components, and he helped every time I IMed him in a panic.  And he was one of those who taught me how this could be done in the first place.  THANK YOU Baronadon!

Now I suppose I should sleep or some such...

I also wanted to mention that now I wanted to tinker with my desktop. More ram and a larger hard drive. But, that will have to wait until after the holidays.
