Gotta leave for work soon, but got up this morning and worked more:

40,095 / 50,000 (80.2%)

Less than 10,000 words to win NaNo this year.  Three days to go.  

Thanks again to janeelliot for suggesting this project.  It has proven to be...interesting, to say the least.

I will post it somewhere public soon.  Probably.

Because you're the only person I know who's done nano who has been seriously promoting other fiction, I'm curious about a few things, and if I wait until December to ask, I'll probably forget I wanted to. Maybe you'll remember I asked and write a post that covers some of this stuff :)

How was nanowrimo different from the way you normally write?
What impact did this project have on editing and promoting your book?
What impact did this project have on other projects you were working on in October?
Do you think you will change the way you write based on your experiences with nano?
You said the novel went where you wanted it to early, did you get to its new ending during November?
Will you go back and edit your nano project with an eye to promoting it?
