How TSA is making airtravel safer

Just had to share this one.

Newark to Minneapolis - forgot to pull the stupid clear ziplock baggie with my chapstick and toothbrush and toothpaste in it. But since I checked no bags, it was passed through the x-ray, and summarily ignored.

Minneapolis to Newark - presented the ziplock baggie with above mentioned items - and the friendly, helpful gentleman from TSA proceeded to confiscate my toothpaste, because it is more than the currently alloted limit for liquids/gels.

I know this makes me feel safer when I fly. 'Cause, ya know, someone might just threaten to force dental hygiene on my fellow travelers.

yeah, they hassled me about my inhaler. cause, you know, is better that i don't explode the plane than make it have to emergency land cause I'm dying, right?

next time , squeeze out the toothpaste till you just have three ounces left in the container. That will teach them!
