Strange Reconnoiterings

A trio of senators are attempting to cut those ludicrous subsidies big oil gets - and this story was practically buried under all kinds of other, FAR less important BS so-called 'News'.

Spread it.  If you live in a state with Republican senators/congresspeople, or an oil rich state - LET THEM KNOW THIS CANNOT BE LET GO!

Time is running out - and I REALLY hope I can be in the running, still!

Ok, am less panicked now.  Shayna seems a tad better - and I managed to get the IV fluids into her, AND she ate a little food.  Not a lot - but its a step in the right direction.

Thanks for your prayers and thoughts.  Hope she continues to improve!

Mistress Caitlin Davies (MKA Jane Waks), OP, Baroness of the Court, 8th Tyger of the East, Mistress Memory of the Eastrealm, passed away at home, at about 6am this morning, after a long fight with cancer.

I consider it a privilege to have known her.  She was a wonderful, kind woman.  Jane will be missed. 

Unto the mystic powers-that-be do I send greetings and a request.

As 2010 draws to a close, the evidence of its craptacularity for so many of us leads me to request that, please, please, can we have a good year in 2011? 

Let's wrap up this spectacle of craptastic happenings and have a TRULY great new year!
